We typically work with small-to-medium enterprises or with teams within larger organizations. Most engagements are fixed-cost project-based, but we can also provide ongoing support for data-related initiatives on a retainer basis.

Most of our work is done remotely from Japan, which is typically more cost-effective than in-person work. We are available for in-person meetings in Japan. International travel for long-term engagements is possible.
